How It Works
TVP is the navigation layer that sits before sponsorship and before legal representation. We get you clarity, get you ready, and hand you off to the right people at the right time.
TVP is not a visa sponsor and not a law firm. We are the step before both. We figure out which door to knock on, get you ready to knock, and introduce you to the right people to open it.
Free Assessment
Know where you actually stand
Complete the intake form. We ask about your profession, education, English proficiency, employment status, target role in the US, and timeline. Most people skip this and waste months pursuing a visa category that doesn't fit their profile.
What you get
A clear read on which visa categories are realistic for your specific background - and which ones aren't. No guessing, no wasted motion.
How to start
Complete the intake form on our Contact page. Free, no commitment.
Pathway Match
Find the right door before you knock
We review your profile against H-1B, EB-3, O-1, TN, J-1, and family-based pathways. We rank your best-fit options by success likelihood and explain the real trade-offs: J-1 is faster but temporary with no green card path. EB-3 is slower but leads to permanent residency. H-1B requires employer sponsorship but offers flexibility. Most programs only tell you one option - we show you the full picture.
What you get
A written recommendation with your top 1-2 pathways, why each fits your profile, key requirements, realistic timelines, and what type of sponsor or attorney you will need for each.
How to start
Delivered by email within 48 hours of your assessment.
Navigation Plan
Get sponsor-ready before you approach anyone
This is where most people fail - they approach sponsors, school districts, or employers before they are ready. TVP builds your action plan: what documents to gather, what gaps to close, how to frame your profile to an employer or sponsor, what questions to ask an immigration attorney, and what the process looks like from application to arrival.
What you get
A complete action plan for your specific pathway. Document checklist, employer conversation guide, timeline map, and a clear picture of exactly when and why you will need an attorney or a sponsor.
How to start
Included in Tier 2 (Pathway Navigation Package) and above.
Handoff
We connect you to the right people at the right time
TVP is not a visa sponsor and not a law firm - and that is intentional. Sponsorship designation takes years to earn. Legal representation requires a licensed attorney. Our job is to get you ready for both, then connect you to vetted partners who can execute. We refer J-1 candidates to designated exchange sponsors. We refer H-1B and EB-3 candidates to immigration attorneys. We connect employers to attorneys who handle the legal filing. You don't go in blind.
What you get
A warm referral to the right sponsor, attorney, or employer contact for your specific pathway - with context on what to bring them and what to expect. Tier 3 clients get ongoing support through the full process.
How to start
Referrals happen at the natural handoff point in your navigation plan.
Why TVP First
There are other ways to approach US visa navigation. Here is where each one works and where TVP fills the gap.
J-1 Exchange Programs (like GEC)
Works when
You are a K-12 teacher, you want to come to the US for 3-5 years, and you are okay with a temporary non-immigrant visa with no green card path.
What's missing
They only offer one visa type. If J-1 doesn't fit your situation, or you want a permanent residency path, they can't help you. You don't know your options before you commit.
Going directly to an immigration attorney
Works when
You already know exactly which visa you need and you are ready to file.
What's missing
Attorneys bill by the hour. Using attorney time to figure out which visa you even qualify for is expensive. Most people aren't ready when they first call.
Researching it yourself
Works when
You have time, patience, and a high tolerance for conflicting USCIS documentation.
What's missing
Visa eligibility depends on your specific profile - education, employer type, priority dates, caps, waivers. Generic research doesn't tell you what applies to you.
TVP - Tanta Visa Pathways
Works when
You need to understand your options before committing to a program or an attorney. You want to know which visa fits your profile, what it takes to qualify, and who the right people are to work with.
What you get
Profile-specific pathway match across all major visa categories. A plan to get sponsor-ready or attorney-ready. Vetted referrals at the right moment. No commitment until you know where you're going.
Who We Help
TGA Graduates
You finished a TGA certification and a US client wants to hire you directly. You need work authorization and you don't know which visa applies. We map your fastest realistic path.
Filipino Professionals
You have a degree, a skill set, and a US employer who's interested. Before they invest in sponsorship, you both need to understand what category applies, what it costs, and what the timeline looks like.
US Employers
You want to hire a Filipino professional and need to understand your sponsorship obligations, government filing costs, attorney fee benchmarks, and realistic timelines before you commit.
Teachers Considering Their Options
J-1 teacher exchange is one path. EB-3 skilled worker is another - and it leads to permanent residency. Before you commit to any program, understand what each path actually means for your future.
