Terms of Service

Please read these terms carefully before using Tanta Visa Pathways services.

Important: Tanta Visa Pathways (TVP) is a navigation and guidance service, NOT a law firm. We do not provide legal advice, legal representation, or immigration petition filing. No attorney-client relationship is formed through any TVP service.

1. Service Description

Tanta Visa Pathways, a service of Tanta Holdings LLC ("TVP," "we," "us"), provides immigration pathway navigation and educational guidance to Filipino professionals and US employers exploring US visa options. Our services include pathway assessments, consultation sessions, and ongoing navigation support.

TVP helps clients understand the general landscape of US visa categories, typical process steps, documentation requirements, and realistic timelines based on general knowledge and experience. We do not file petitions, draft legal documents, or represent clients before government agencies.

2. Not Legal Advice

All information and guidance provided by TVP is educational and informational in nature. It does not constitute legal advice and should not be relied upon as such. Immigration law is complex and fact-specific. For advice specific to your situation, consult a licensed immigration attorney.

When your situation requires an immigration attorney - and we will tell you clearly when it does - we will refer you to vetted professionals. Attorney fees are separate and paid directly to the attorney.

3. No Guarantee of Outcomes

TVP makes no guarantees regarding visa approval, petition success, or any specific immigration outcome. US immigration decisions are made solely by the relevant government agencies. TVP is not responsible for visa denials or adverse immigration decisions.

4. Payments and Refunds

Service fees are collected at the time of purchase. Refund requests for consultation sessions must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session. Retainer subscriptions may be cancelled with 30 days written notice. Completed consultations are non-refundable.

5. Confidentiality

Information you share with TVP in connection with your situation is treated as confidential and used only to provide our navigation services. We do not sell your personal information. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

6. Limitation of Liability

TVP's liability to you for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fees you paid for the specific service at issue. TVP is not liable for any consequential, indirect, or incidental damages.

7. State-Specific Notice

Some states regulate the provision of immigration assistance for compensation. TVP is operated from New Mexico, where it is not required to hold an immigration consultant license to provide the educational and organizational services described herein. Clients in California, New York, Illinois, Texas, and other states with immigration consultant registration requirements should be aware that TVP is not registered as an immigration consultant in those states. TVP does not provide services that constitute the practice of law or immigration consulting as defined by any state statute.

If you are located in a state that requires immigration consultants to be registered, TVP recommends consulting a licensed immigration attorney for any guidance specific to your legal situation.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Bernalillo County, New Mexico.
